  Took our pet here for the first time last week. I was really impressed with how thorough and competent they were. They pointed out some things we hadn't been doing with our dog that no other vet ever mentioned. So they gave really good advice, and were a little bit cheaper as well. Highly recommended! Don't understand why the other lady was upset they wouldn't talk to her on the phone.....I don't know any other health professionals that will do that except for the government funded dedicated phone-in services.

  Just tried to make a time for me to talk with a Vet and was told - not on - even humans can make phone calls to Health services for advice - Molly was rude and just hung up on me when I stood my ground and said I wanted to talk with the Vet.

  The staff are always happy to see you and your pet, they're affordable and they remember you! Would (and have) recommend. They also have puppy pre school and other services and they support the RSPCA.
